Terms & Conditions — Warda Studios

1. Deposit & Booking

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of €250 of the total amount is due within 7 days to secure your spot. You will receive bank details and payment instructions with your booking confirmation via email.​

 

2. Remaining Balance & Payment

The remaining balance of your retreat package is due in cash (Euros or Moroccan Dirhams) directly to Sueño Surf House upon your arrival on the first day of the retreat. Digital payment options for the final balance on-site cannot be guaranteed.​

 

3, Personal Responsibility & Risk

Notice All Warda Studios retreat activities—especially surfing, yoga, hiking, sandboarding, or excursions—are undertaken at your own responsibility. We prioritize safety, but we accept no liability for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that occur during your stay or during any activity. Please honestly assess your physical and mental condition before taking part. Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited and may result in exclusion without refund.

 

4. Travel Insurance

All participants must hold valid travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellations, and all booked activities (e.g. surfing, hiking, etc.). Warda Studios is not liable for any costs arising from a lack of insurance coverage.

 

​5. Travel Documents & Visas

Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date.

​6. Cancellations & Refunds

The €250 deposit is strictly non-refundable. No refund will be given for early departure or no-shows. Should Warda Studios need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseeable circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

 

​7. Limitation of Liability Warda Studios accepts no responsibility for:

• Injuries, damages, losses, costs, or delays resulting from natural events, extreme weather, accidents, war, strikes, government orders, or similar events of force majeure.

• Changes or cancellations by airlines, transport companies, Sueño Surf House, or third-party activity providers.

• Personal circumstances such as medical conditions, allergies, or unmet special requests.

• Actions of participants, e.g. disregard of safety instructions or risky behavior. We cannot guarantee any particular surf conditions, wave quality, or weather conditions. These factors are beyond our control and do not entitle participants to refunds or compensation.

 

8. Use of & Damage to Equipment

Please handle all materials provided by us (e.g. workshop tools, cosmetic ingredients, rental equipment) with care. You are personally and financially liable for the intentional loss or damage of rental gear or studio property.

 

9. Changes & Adjustments

Warda Studios reserves the right to:

• Adjust or change programs, daily schedules, or workshop offerings at any time if necessary due to weather or operational flow.

• Exclude participants from activities if safety risks exist or if their behavior is disruptive or inappropriate — without any right to a refund.

10. Role of Warda Studios & Partner Services

Warda Studios curates and coordinates the creative retreat experience, workshops, and itinerary. Accommodation, catering, surf lessons, and specific on-site hosting services are provided in partnership with Sueño Surf House.

 

11. Contracting Parties

Your contract for accommodation, meals, and surf services is fulfilled in coordination with Sueño Surf House. Warda Studios acts as the primary organizer and coordinator for the overall retreat package, creative workshops, and associated itinerary items.

​12. Photo & Video Recordings

By participating in the retreat, the participant expressly agrees that photo and video recordings of them may be taken during the camp. These recordings may be published and used by Warda Studios for its own promotional purposes, in particular on social media platforms, the website, and marketing materials. Should a participant not agree to publication in an individual case, they must inform Warda Studios in writing before the start of the retreat.

 

​13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. They supersede all prior agreements or communications.
